Content Store Initialization Error

Hi,

I'm trying to install Cognos Express v9.0.0 on windows 2003 XP SP 2.
.NET Framework 3.0 has also been installed.
As far as I can see, all requirement has been installed. (Excel 2003, IIS 6.0)

However, I 've got Content Manager Installation Error - when the installation is about to finish.
The log says:
Failure:com.ibm.cognos.express.installer.ia.custom.IDSInstallHandler
                          Status: FATAL ERROR
                          Additional Notes: FATAL ERROR - com.ibm.cognos.express.installer.ia.custom.IDSInstallHandler

Has anyone come across this situation?

That doesn't quite make sense.  Are you installing on XP or on Windows Server 2003?  Express will only run on Windows Server 2003 (64-bit), not on XP.

If you haven't already, ensure that you are installing from a local copy of the installation files (NOT from a network drive).
