Migration frm Imp. V5 to Cog 8.1

Hi Guru's, Can you please advice I have few Catalogs developed way back in Impromptu Ver 5.0 and I need to migrate all of 'em to Cognos 8.1 MR2 Version. Is this possible???

What are the utilities version, S/W I need to do this to start off...

Any help advice in this regards is very much appreciated

Hi,

There is no direct migration path from Impromptu 5 to Cognos 8.  If you need to migrate your existing work (rather than re-creating it in Cognos you will first need to upgrade to Impromptu 7, then get the Migration Toolkit from IBM.
