Does not Context Explorer read relationships from Model.xml?

I have just notices that some relationship complex expressions show up differently (logical operators messed up) if I view the relationship definition from the Context Explorer and Diagram.

The Diagram shows the correct result and that is what I found in the model. The Context Explorer gives me wrong expression.

The discrepancies went away after I published my package.

Any comments?
