Customize YTD Totals

Hi. Is it possible to customize YTD totals in a crosstab? I am working on a report that needs to sum specific portions of a row. Only those highlighted in red to be exact. I would like to ask for your expert opinions please on how this can be accomplished in report studio. If you could attach sample reports that would be great. Thanks in advance
