Cognos 8.4 Burst with Event Studio Issue

I have setup an Event that runs a bursted report and then emails the report to the relevant user.  However, at present it attaches all reports to each email.  (I have a dynamic subject header link to the users and a group they are in). The report has been run with XL, PDF and CSV and acts the same each time

I have tried creating a link to the report but the link opens up the most recent burst report and not the report it should link to

Any ideas?
