Can we load essbase cube otl files to cognos

hi guys i am using Cognos 8.3 BI  version and Sql server 2005 as my content store. I am building cube in PowerPlay transformer till now i have prepare cube with package publish from framework Manager. Now i wants to use cube build in hyperion essbase. We have option in Cognos Administration to load Hyperion essbase cube i did try to load it but it giving failed messagei have essbase server  installed on my machine. Any one can tell me the step by step process to doing it
