PowerPlay Data Server could not find a record

We are using Cognos 7.3. We have some Powerplay Web reports which are giving the following error message:
Internal Error - Request failed.
"PowerPlay Data Server could not find a record. (Category)"
If I open the .ppx file in Powerplay Client, it opens fines but the error comes up in Powerplay web.

Any ideas as to the issue?
