Schduler issues in Cognos 8.4

Hi There,

Since we upgraded from Cognos 8.2 to Cognos 8.4, we have issues with reports not returning in the xml format when scheduled to be emailed as xml. They are instead returned in HTML format. It is happening with everyone I have tested.

Can someone help out!  ???
