Need help in working bursting of reports

Hi Gurus,
  I have developed my report and it is workng with bursting option,
Now i want to ignore my cognos connection and i need to take the URL of report and publish in third party portel.
Now i have done this activites and now my report is running perfectly but my bursting option is not working can you please how to make the report burst
