What Version of IE do you use for Cognos Express?

We are having issues with Report Studio and Query Studio.

Query Studio:
1. Metadata is not showing

Report Studio
1. When you run a report that spans two pages, missing links at the bottom of the rpeort: "Next Page", "Bottom", "Top"
2. Options on the upper right corner of the report (e.g. run report in csv, excel, html, pdf) are missing

We suspected that this issue was the version of IE we are using.

We have already downgraded our IE from 8 to 7 but the issue still exists.
