Definitely Bunker.  Just move the entire project folder to your server, where you can publish it with the server's installation of Framework Manager.

I assume you don't want them publishing to the server directly for security or SDLC concerns, correct?

Hi

This is correct. I want to keep the server install and work on a new model isolated to avoid errors or issues. This model work will be completed by another user and then i will publish the model to be used by report studio/query studio

thanks
