You can download it from IBM support website .. You will need an ID ..

Hi,

Below is a link to the relevant page.  As already mentioned you will need to be registered with a valid IBM passport advantage agreement to proceed to the download but there is more information on the IBM site.

Harish,

What you are asking for is illegal and can not be allowed on this site.  In order to download a full version of IBM Cognos, you must either own a license or be a partner.  Becoming a partner is very challenging, and owning a license quite expensive.  I will have to ask that you not use this forum for these purposes.
