Cognos 8.4 : Rights needed to give access to Export/import wizard

Hi,

I have modify the access rights on our development environment for a user and he can run the export wizard. (and only that part of Cognos Administration)
This part is ok.

With these same access rights, he can start the Import Wizard but on the last page, he can only 'Save' its import definition. There is no line to Run or Schedule the import.



The access rights modifications i have done :
- In Content Administration page, in Set properties, the user have all the access rights
- In the Security Tab, line Capabilities, in Set properties of Administration, the user have Execution and Traverse right
- In Set properties of Administration Tasks, the user have Read and Execute rights. 

An idea on what is missing ?

I tried your exact settings on my local install 8.4, and it works as per your requirement, I see all 3 for that particular user. Maybe you need to give Scheduling access too?

When I login as the restricted user, and under Preferences, Personal tab under Capabilities I see
