Error for Administartion Task link for Cognos 8.4 with 64 bit Windows 7 OS

HI

I was succeeded installing Cognos 8.4 with the following softwares/Options.
OS = Windows 7 with 64 bit
RAM = 3GB
Webserver = Apache 2.2
DataBase = OracleXE10g Express Edition

However getting following error when trying to navigate Tools--->IBM Cognos Administration.

Error!
PF-SRV-6119 Received remote fault: Failed to send HTTP request or read HTTP response
Details | Retry | Hide this message.

Has any one encountered the same issue.

Thanks for the response.

Link which you redirected me shows for IIS but I configured using apache2.2. assuming it may not be helpful.

Sorry - I missed that you are using Apache.  The link I posted is not really appropriate.  If I can find out anything suitable for Apache, I will post back.
