Email a Report On Changes

Hi Gurus;

I am beginner and i would like someone to help with the issue

I have a report that has product,product price and country query items.Now my problem is that i have to email report to business authors if their is any change in the price of the product and to only those users who are in the country where the price change took place and not to all users.

Can anyone help  me how to do it...

Cogman,
It's my understanding that you have to have SDK to perform any type of event scheduling.  Can anyone shed some light on this?  Please refer to the SDK documentation.
