Pass Parameters Through Hyperlinks

Page 1 has a hyperlink to Page 2.  Both page 1 and page 2 have filters for the account name (set using a value prompt).

So, I was wondering if there was any way to pass the account name parameter from page 1 to page 2 via a hyperlink.
