XML Parser Error

Does anybody have any experience with the following error:
There were white spaces between SystemID and PublicID

We were able to execute Cognos Reports using JSP successfully. Neither the code nor the reports were changed. But all of a sudden this error cropped up after quite a few successful runs. We are manipulating the Report Specification using our code.

And does any body know which file maintains the logs to the requests serviced by the Web Services within Cognos ReportNet server and its physical Location within the Server.

We're unable to diagnose the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
