Event studio notifications

Hi

We have 2 levels of alerts based on a certain condition. This is for 2 different facilities but the same rules apply. is there a way to have these alerts be sent to different user base such as location 1 users will receive alerts and location 2 users will get alerts also but each location users will not see the other locations alerts.
