SDK Code to do impact analysis of reports because of framework manager changes

Hi Guys,
everytime we do changes to the Framework Manager (FM) model ( say query subject name change,deletion of a query item), we want to assess which reports in production are impacted.I know that there is a dependency feature wherein we bring reports from production to development environment and check which reports are impacted by FM changes.

I want to know if there is  SDK code at IBM site to track such changes. Or is there any third party tool from BSP software to do impact analysis.
