Cross tab help needed

Hi all,

I have the following report to be created,

Report

         Week1             week2       week3
Alert1   alertcount Avg    ..          ..
Alert2
Alert3

Alert count is count of closed alerts for a week and Alert type.
Avg is closeddate-gendate for for a week and Alert type/count.

I am having following problem.
How too count "count" value wrt week and Alert type???
Also How to calculate "Avg" value wrt week and Alert type???

And if i do closeddate-gendate i get value as 30,000 How to get this value as
10 days 12 hours 12 mins??

Pls help
