Convert PowerPlay to TM1

Currently I am working on a Proof of Concept for an automated process
to convert Cognos PowerPlay models and cubes into TM1. The software is
using Cognos API for Transformer and TM1. Imagine if you have a reporting
solution with PowerPlay cubes and Report Studio reports. And then with a magic
software you can have these PP cubes converted to TM1 and the reports
switched to new cubes.

I was wondering if you have ever encountered a project/request for
conversion of the report datasources from PowerPlay to TM1?

Do you see any value for your group to have a software like this?

I believe it isnīt quite simple to be done because they have different architectures what means different queries that canīt be handled by a software.
