Converting PYI to MDL in batch

We are running Transformer 7.3.1408.0-0 on windows XP.  We are upgrading to version 8.4.1 and as you all know we can't open our PYI files with the new version.  We need to convert over 800 models to MDL. 

Is there an automated way to do this or do we have to open each file and do a save-as?  Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Try using MDL script which can be used in a batch script against a folder full of transformer models.

E.g. -
