#1 thing IBM could do to drive adoption of Cognos BI 10

IBM is interested in how to best drive customer adoption of the new IBM Cognos 10 Platform.  Many of you are already on this platform, and many more are waiting for the right incentive to move.  Based on your situation, what is the best thing that IBM can do to encourage your company (or others) to move to Cognos 10?

I have one client which is not upgrading to 10.1 because Essbase 7 is no longer supported. The only solution presented is to upgrade Essbase or to try hacking the DLL that contains the connector. (Seriously, one of the items in my schedule is to decompile the DLLs from 8.4 and 10.1, find the connector and try to force 10.1 to support it.)
