Selecting data source - The user id or password is either missing or invalid

I got installed Cognos in unix, so i installed FM in Windows, i open a new project, connect to cognos, select the language,select Data Sources, select TDW , I write user & pass and the promps up again... any idea what is wrong?

My guess is that you don't have the relevant database client drivers installed on the windows machine running Framework Manager. Although FM uses the Cognos 8 data source definition on the server to understand where the database is, it communicates with the database directly, not via the server, so you need the relevant client libraries installed on the machine running FM in order for it to be able to connect.

In fact i have a DB2 client V 9.5 running on the windows machine, and I can get connected to the Warehouse Database with this client, so which library could be missed ?
