8.4 FM ERROR

I installed FM in my machine first time , after installing i opened cognos configuration. it throws the below error.  pls provide any solution. thanks in advance

[Validation] CAM-CRP-1085 An error occurred while verifying that the security provider classes were loaded. Reason: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.bouncycastle134.jce.provider.BouncyCastleProvider
