convert decimal to ratio.

Hi All,

Can somene pls suggest how i can convert decimal to ratio.
For Eg
value for 10/30= 1/3 in ratio.
I need to get these values of 1 and 3 separately for further calculation.  ???

w=10*1+30*3/1+3

can someone pls suggest any functions in cognos8,datatbase used is orcle9i.
