Hi Gurus,

I am getting following error when I try to access cognos express URL(http://localhost:19300/cognos_express) :

Gateway is unable to connect to the IBM Cognos BI server. The server may be unavailable, or the gateway may not be correctly configured.

 but it works fine when I use the url http://localhost:19300/p2pd/servlet/dispatcher

Is there any configuration change I need to make for http://localhost:19300/cognos_express URL to work

I'm going to assume you are running express 9.5. The docs in pdf format can be found here:

Did you meet the minimum requirements before installing? What OS did you install on? Did you check MS IIS for the express virtual directories?
