reporting in 2 languages FR/NL

Hi,
Any poeple face already this case ( in belgium 2 languages )  ?
I have to set 2 diff pages(  pagefr pagenl to set some comment about the report )  then run the report in diff languages.
No problem with the second part ( report run in both languages) with conditional variable  on text etc...)
but i don't see how to handle at page level  function reportlocale()  ??
