How to copy Query Studio report from one env to another?

Like in Report Studio where we have "Copy report to clipboard" and "Open report from Clipboard" options to copy the report in xml format and open the xml in another env, Can we have the same for query studio or How to achieve the same in Query Studio without going for deployment of package?

There is no way IMHO to extract the query studio specification except via SDK and adding a custom action in Cognos Connection, which gives you back or imports the query specification.
