Conversion error

Hi all,
 I have created a package using Framework Manager. When I try to test the package out using Query Studio, there is an error that comes up stating that it cannot convert a varchar to a bigint.
 I work with hospital finances and am trying to have a report with Physician names and corresponding salaris and hours worked. So its one attribute and 2 measures.

What does thi mean and where would I go to fix it? Thanks in advance.
