How to Freeze the List Header in a List Report

Hi,
Can any1 please tell how to freeze the list header in a list report or the crosstab row & column headers in Crosstab.......

We can freeze the list header by changing the header property, and the list should put in the block.
Steps:
1. Drag one block into the work area
2.Change the properties of block:
3.Under Size&Overflow: Height:100%
4.Under Overflow: Use Scrollbars only When Necessary
5.Drag the list into block

Select the List Column Title and Chnage the Class Property as lockColumnHeader

but its not a solution its just a quick and dirty workaround.
