Report Border Query

This is going to seem like a really pedantic question, but I am trying to create a report that mimics an existing powerpoint slide. The only issue I have is that when I put a border on the page, the corners display as squares. Is there anyway that you can change the corners to be curved, rather than square?

The only way I can think of is to create images of what you want the border to look like and place the images in all the appropriate places (by unlocking the report and dropping them in the cells) and turning off the regular list borders.  Sounds super convoluted but I think it would work.

Thanks for the response, I will certainly try your suggestion, but as you stated this may be convoluted. It will be worth it if it satisfies the Stakeholders.

As an alternative I will try to add the border from the Powerpoint slide and and set this as a background image.
