Rendering to PDF

A report created with Report Studio v8.4 renders instantaneously in HTML and Excel 2003 formats.  When viewed in PDF format, the report never finishes.  (My latest runtime is 1h 16m and counting.)

Other PDF reports run fine in this environment and I have tried the report from multiple clients.  We are using Adobe Reader 9.1.2.82.  There are no graphic images, URLs, etc.  It's a straightforward list/subtotal report.
