Event studio permissions to run an Data Modification Stored Proc

All,

What permissions are required to run an event studio Data Modification Stored Procedures?

As a system administrator I am able to execute the event but our reg users with READ, TRAVERSE and EXECUTE permissions to the studio and the event itself are not able to.
