Hello All,
I'm creating scorecards manually by inputting my values, etc. How can I create a baseline? For instance, I want to have a starting point by which to measure success. If I'm increasing the number of phones calls taken at the call center I would like it to show on the chart or table what I began with as:
11/2/09 Target Actual Variance
100 calls taken 150 135 15%
Is there a way to create a baseline column or is Cognos static?
