install error for go dashboard on Cognos 8.4 folder

I installed cognos 8.4 bi, when i am installing go dashboard in same BI folder, i am forced to install in another folder.. any way we could resolve this issue


" you cannot install this version of product over a previously installed version, please chppse another directory.
