Migration from 7.3 to 8.4

Hi all,
Does any one has upgrade cognos 7.3 to 8.4? If so please let me know your step by step instruction. I have no idea how to migrate this task. I am using powerplay and cubes in 7.3.

Tony, unfortunately you will need to upgrade to 7.4 before migrating to Cognos 8.4.  Then there are utilities to facilitate the migration.
