Allow Shared Development Folder

Does IVC allow for the creation of a Shared Development folder like 'My Folders' except open multiple users.  As things work now, if a report is needed that is in a 'My Folders' and that person is not available, the Administrator would need to access that 'My Folder' and copy the report out for use.
