Problem Installing Fix Pack

Hi All

Has anyone had any issues installing the Fix Pack 10.1.0.1  Everytime i try to install it tells me Cognos Express is not Installed please Install Cognos Express before installing Fix pack.

I am running the Fix Pack as Administrator on the Cognos Express server, any ideas?

Was this issue resolved?
Just a few questions before troubleshooting:
Are you installing the fix pack against Version 10.1?
Try installing the fix pack as the same admin user who has installed 10.1.
Ensure Express manager is up and running before running the FP

If you still have install issues please save the log folder under install root/zip and attach for further investigation

Hi Thanks for the reply the issue is now resolved however it did require a complete re-install of Cognos Express before the fix pack would go on.
