Email attachment not working

when i sheduled report to send email attachment it throws "CNC-DS-0015 ERROR EXTRACTING OPTIONS". SHEDULED JOB WITHOUT EMAIL WORKS FINE.In IBM KB it shows runtime error in delivery service. It took only few minutes to show this error message.


hi try deleting notification tables in Content store


Is there any specific reason to drop the notification tables? . How you derived this solution ?

most of the times the notification tables get filled and some time get corrupted
it worked for me try and let me know.


Hello guys,

I am facing same issue. When report to scheduled to be sent as attachment it fails.
The report is executed successfully but email sending gets failed with Error: Extracting Options

Pls let me know what to do.
