Job failing when scheduled ....

Hi,
I have created a job with couple of reports in it.
I have set prompt values and set the report to be sent to a mailing address.

The report query is also set to local processing.

Now When i run the job from "run with options" and run now, the job runs successfully ( report runs and is delivered to the given adress).
But when i schedule the job and make it run at later time, then the job fails saying

" Original Error: RQP-DEF-0177 An error occurred while performing operation 'sqlPrepareWithOptions' status='-120'. UDA-SQL-0458 PREPARE failed because the query requires local processing of the data. The option to allow local processing has not been enabled. UDA-SQL-0477 A literal value is not supported by the database. This operation requires local processing of the data."

Not sure why but report runs fine if the job is run immediately but fails when job is scheduled.

Somebody, pls help out

Does anybody have a suggestion to resolve this? I am encountering the same issue.
