Cognos 7 Prompt Reports (Upgrade to 8.2)

Is it possible to create reusable Prompt Reports in Cognos 8.2 similar to Vwesion 7.4? We have many prompt reports that are used in various reports that provide intelligence to the Display Values in Pick Lists.
