need help in setting up cognos metric store

Hi gurus,
  I have installed cognos BI server,Fm,Metric studio and metric manager.
  Now i have created the content store in oracle and configure the cognos.
  Now cognos is working fine.
Now i tried to open the metric manager and create a model for metric store,i am not able to create it,it is giving some error,let me know will i need to create a metric store? If so let me know how to create.
