CROSSTAB REPORT

Hi,

I am new to COGNOS and i am running into a problem when creating a crosstab report in COGNOS Reportview. The format of the report is the following.

I am trying to pull data by employee id by month. The measures are total pay hrs and payment amount. I am able to do that but when i add the total hours by all the month  and total payment amount it does not do that. It only adds the last month.

I want to have two column to right of the pulled data to add the total hours and total payments.

any reply will be greatly apperciated.
