Advance properties

hi,
I am trying to use advance properties in query studio. But in some packages i dont see that property. For example: in go sales package, when i select an item and click on summarize. I see an advance properties option on the very bottom right side. Where as i dont see that in other packages.
Where as in advance properties (after click on run reports and then advance properties). I dont see "Automatically summarize detail values, suppressing duplicates " Where as in go sales i can see this.
pls advice.
