Query Studio Performance

We have been experiencing problems in Query Studio when using BW cubes.  The same queries run really quickly in Analysis Studio but die/never come back in Query Studio.  Has anyone else had the same experience or know what we can do?

Or has anyone had similar issues off other cube sources

Try to run it in limited or no-data mode during design phase.
