CAM-AAA-0203 Unable to generate or validate a userSessionID.

HI All,

We are getting this error while opening the cognos. we have followed as metioned in below link but no luck :(

Error:

CAM-AAA-0203 Unable to generate or validate a userSessionID.
 
     Details
CAM-AAA-0027 The function call to 'CAM_GenerateUserSessionID' failed. Reason: '-1'

Do you have multiple Cognos environments running?

Hope this helps, on my same environment i found the same issue happeing for specific computers, few users were able to login fine.

We resetted the browser settings after which it worked fine
