Cognos IWR jobs queueing


Hi all,

Not sure if this is the right board to ask this question, so apologies if this isn't. I have a question....

Customer has an IWR 7.4 environment and is able to process up to 16 reports. However, when the 17th request is put through, it is queued and then gets stuck in a queue state. The Customer has to restart the Cognos services to clear the system up and get it running again.

Is it possible to prevent the 17th request being put forward? I'm sure this isn't possible through Cognos itself but perhaps through a Windows scheduled task or monitoring activity? If this is possible, are there any articles/pointers that people can provide me?
