Child cube is not updating based on Master cube

Hello guys,

I am facing a very strange issue since past 2 weeks.

I have a master cube (.mdc). I have created another child cube which is referencing to the master cube. The master cube is up-to-date as per the data source. However the child cube is not updating.

Tried already the below but now success yet.
1. re-creating the master cube
2. re-creating the child cube
3. restarted the services

Can you please help? Many thanks in advance!
