Unable to extract data in Metric Store from Transformer Cube

Hi All,
We have developed an extract in Metric designer to create a scorecard which is sourced from a Transformer Cube. The cube has all the required data & when we execute the extract it is completed sucessfully. When we try "Transfer data from staging area into metric store" the data is not available in the Scorecards. Has anyone faced with this similar issue & reply back with the solution?
